Joseph Priestley House – The residence of Joseph Priestley in Northumberland, PA (from 1794 until his death in 1804) is now a museum owned and maintained by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Tours of the house and special events are conducted by the Friends of Joseph Priestley House. The Priestley House contains his laboratory, possibly the first chemistry laboratory in America. The Priestley House is located a few blocks from the Priestley Chapel. Priestley-Forsyth Library This local library in Northumberland, PA is located across the street from the Priestley Chapel. The library building was donated by descendents of Joseph Priestley. Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Susquehanna Valley – (UUCSV) The local Unitarian Universalist Congregation formed with the chapel as its worship space. The nurturing environment of the Chapel encouraged the growth of the congregation and within a decade outgrew the space of the Chapel. The congregation has relocated into a larger facility nearby. http://www.uucsv.org

Joseph Priestley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship This fellowship meets in Lewisburg and helps support the Priestly Chapel. www.jpuuf.org

Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations is the national office located in Boston, MA. The UUA accepted ownership of the Priestley Chapel in 1910 when the property was deeded over by the remaining members of the Taggart and Priestley families to insure its continuance as a memorial to Joseph Priestley. Ownership of the property was transferred to the Priestley Chapel Associates in February 2012.http://www.uua.org
